No, the customer can obtain their own insurance. Smitten and The Courier Guy cannot be held liable for the parcel if something happens.
Yes, you are more then welcome to arrange your own courier, just pick the collect in store option and send us an email with the details.
Yes, Yoco devices are secure and cannot be easily manipulated for fraud.

Yes, an online payment can appear to go off twice, BUT usually, this is due to a pending authorization hold that will be removed, and only ONE transaction will be processed.
No, we will not assist you if you removed any tag or label form any product. all Clothing has TWO labels and BOTH needs to be attached and undamaged.
All items are checked properly but sometimes we do miss something. Please send photos within 7days form receiving the item to smittenrustenburg@gmail.com
The customer. We provide measurements in cm (see drawing). If the item has a manufacture defect, we will request that the item is returned to us by the customer, and we will send the new item at our expense. (If the damage of an item is not a manufacturing defect the customer will be liable for shipping costs.
