Exchange Policy

 

Sizes may differ from different suppliers… Therefore, Clothing items should be fitted as soon as possible BEFORE any tag or stickers are removed. If an item does not fit properly, please contact us via email within 7days of receipt with all tags and stickers still attached.

 We are more than happy to assist with the correct size BUT unfortunately you will have to pay for the courier costs.

The item needs to be sent back to our store. Then after we have inspected the item we will arrange for a NON-REFUNDABLE voucher or send the correct size (at your cost for courier). 

 

 PLEASE NOTE:

 Exchange within 7 days with proof of purchase and all original tags and stickers still attached. 

  • Only items with manufacturing defects will be exchanged or credited for NON-REFUNDABLE voucher, except for jewelery 

Items will NOT be exchanged if:

  • The tags or stickers was removed 
  • Worn or Washed (smelling of Smoke or perfume, stains e.g. make-up, etc.)
  • Damaged due to taking the wrong size 

 

Due to health reasons, NO RETURN or EXCHANGE on

Jewelery, Cosmetics, Accessories, Leggins & Socks.

 

Sale Items:

Sale items will not be exchanged for NON-REFUNDABLE vouchers or other products but can be exchanged for another sale item ONLY.

 

Faulty Item:

Items go through a thorough quality check but if a fault occur: 

  • DO NOT REMOVE THE TAGS OR STICKERS 
  • Notify us via email at smittenrustenburg@gmail.com
  • Notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item, for it to be eligible for return.
